The staff was helpful. The hotel's location is great. The breakfast buffet included good options and high-quality service. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room with the toiletries provided.
The room was not cleaned properly. The coffee machine and cups were dusty. There was a big spider web behind the door . I noticed old towels in the bathroom.

Minor Issues Detracted From the Experience
dirty cups old towels
I encountered some problems . The room cleanliness was subpar I found dust on the coffee machine and dirty cups. A spider web was behind the door and remained there despite daily cleaning. The quilt cover seemed unchanged and the towels felt old I expected better for the price.

The location is very central. I found the breakfast spread to be great. The staff arranged a breakfast box for me since I was checking out early..
The room was not cleaned properly. I saw that the coffee machine and cups were dusty. The bathroom was also dirty, even after I asked every day for it to be cleaned.
